  2. Treatment Finder

The AI treatment finder for clinic websites.

Visitors describe what bothers them in their own words. The Finder maps that to your own treatment menu, hands them a shortlist, and sends your team a briefed enquiry.

Three jobs, in this order

It catches, it briefs, it counts.

Your website was built for people who already know what they want. Most visitors do not. The Finder is the layer for everyone else.

Catch the undecided majority

A visitor who knows what bothers her but not what fixes it does not read a menu of treatment names. She types what she sees in the mirror. The Finder starts from that.

Brief every enquiry

Each enquiry arrives with the concern, the shortlist, the downtime tolerance and the preferences the visitor gave. Reception knows the opening line before dialling.

Count it in your own numbers

Every journey is counted in your dashboard: what people asked for, what they viewed, where they stalled, and which enquiries turned into bookings. Your numbers, not ours.

No visitor leaves undecided. Every enquiry arrives briefed.

How it works

Three sentences.

A visitor on your website says what they want in their own words, or follows a short guided path, and the Finder maps that to the treatments on your own enabled menu.

They leave with a shortlist and a clear next step, and your team receives a briefed enquiry with the concern, the shortlist and their preferences attached.

Every journey is counted in your dashboard, so you see what your visitors are asking for and which enquiries became bookings.

Guidance, not diagnosis

It never tells a visitor what is wrong with them.

The Finder interprets a visitor's wording into a closed set of treatment goals and routes them to suitable options from your own menu. It does not diagnose, does not recommend a treatment as right for a person, and does not write free text about medical matters. Your clinic still consults and decides. The visitor's raw wording is not stored by PatientPulse.

Prescription-only medicines

Your menu, your review point.

The Finder only ever shows treatments and wording you approved at setup, so nothing appears on your website that you did not put on your menu. Where a menu name may be a prescription-only medicine, our free Menu Clarity Score flags it for your review with this fixed wording: “This name may be a prescription-only medicine. Advertising POMs to the public is restricted under the CAP Code and MHRA guidance, so it is worth a review. This is not legal advice.” The Finder does not advertise a medicine; it points a visitor towards a consultation, where your prescriber decides.
