One plan. Everything included.

Start with your own website. Continue only if your dashboard shows it earned the place. If it does not, you can cancel any time in the same dashboard.

What you pay

£299 a month, or £2,990 a year.

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout, nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any point before the trial ends without being charged at all.

Monthly. £299 a month. Renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access for the rest of the month already paid for and are not billed again.

Annual. £2,990 billed once for 12 months. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Annual is never applied automatically: you are billed monthly unless you choose annual at checkout.

One additional £300+ booking can cover the monthly subscription in revenue. Whether it does is a question your own dashboard answers, which is why the trial exists.

Cancelling, in plain words

You cancel yourself, from your dashboard.

Billing, then Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Here is exactly what that means in each case.

During the trial

Never charged

Cancel at any point before the trial ends and you are not charged at all. One trial per clinic.

Monthly plan

Stops the next month

Cancel on day 3 of a paid month and you keep access for the rest of that month; we do not bill you again. Part-months are not refunded.

Annual plan

Stops the next renewal

The annual term is prepaid and committed. Access runs to the end of the 12 months already paid for, and the unused portion is not refunded or converted to credit. We email a renewal reminder at least 30 days before each annual renewal.

PatientPulse is sold to clinics in the course of their business, so the statutory consumer rights (including the 14-day distance-selling right to cancel) do not apply; the free trial is the refund policy. If it is your first ever paid invoice with us and you tell us within 14 days of that payment that PatientPulse is not right for your clinic, we will normally refund it in full and close the account the same day. The complete position, including the cases where we do refund pro rata, is in the Terms of Service.

Clear answers

What clinic owners ask about the price.

What happens after the 14-day trial?+

If you continue, it is £299 a month, or £2,990 a year if you choose annual, billed once for 12 months. Nothing is charged for 14 days. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged.

Why do you need a card to start the trial?+

Card details are collected at checkout so the subscription can continue without interruption if you decide to keep it. No payment is taken during the trial, and your dashboard shows the date your trial ends, the date of your first payment and the amount.

Can I cancel? How?+

Yes, at any time, yourself, from your dashboard (Billing, then Cancel subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal. No phone call, no email chain.

What does cancelling mean on the annual plan?+

The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal. Your access runs to the end of the 12 months already paid for, and the unused part is not refunded or converted to credit.

Do you give refunds?+

Because there is a full 14-day free trial before any money is taken, and you can cancel yourself at any time, subscription payments are not refundable once taken. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund payments already made. If it is your first ever paid invoice and you tell us within 14 days of that payment that PatientPulse is not right for your clinic, we will normally refund it in full and close the account. The full position is in the Terms of Service.

Is there a cheaper tier?+

No. The product works as one connected system: patient search, briefed enquiry, follow-up, reporting and demand intelligence. We do not split the useful parts into weaker tiers.

Is PatientPulse for consumers?+

No. PatientPulse is sold to clinics as a business service, so the consumer distance-selling right to cancel does not apply; the free trial is the way to decide without risk.
